Strategic Partner

Vanderbloemen Search Group is honored to have Marcos Witt as a Strategic Partner. His reputation within and knowledge of Latino churches is without parallel.

Many of Vanderbloemen's clients are multi-ethnic churches, and a growing number are non-English speaking. These churches face a unique set of staffing challenges as they grow. As an expert in multi-ethnic ministry, Marcos Witt comes alongside Vanderbloemen in serving our multi-ethnic clients by helping them make the right long-term hires for their teams.

Marcos Witt has over thirty years of ministry experience, most recently serving as the Pastor of the Hispanic Ministry at Lakewood Church for ten years. Marcos is also known for his five Grammy awards for his musical talent. He founded his music production company CanZion Productions in 1987 and CanZion Institute in 1994, which is a Worship and Ministry School with 85 campuses in 27 countries.

Marcos and his wife Miriam travel full time throughout Latin America, teaching and encouraging pastors, leaders, and congregations in addition to Marcos' ongoing concert ministry. He also started a consulting firm to help U.S.-based churches focused on reaching Hispanics.
