Bailley is the Office Manager at Vanderbloemen Search Group.
As an air force brat with no real answer to “where are you from?”, Bailley has chosen the Houston area as her hometown and has been here since 2013. Before coming to Vanderbloemen, Bailley worked in the business office at The MET in Northwest Houston. She had her hand in HR, payroll, accounts payable, and an assortment of start-up projects. Bailley loves creating systems and processes. She also appreciates a bit of chaos, especially if she can implement said processes into the chaos. It makes her feel like the wicked witch riding her bike through a tornado.
Bailley has accounting and HR experience in both the Church and the corporate world including a knowledge of the unique tax and financial needs of churches and ministers. She has a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown.
As the Office Manager at Vanderbloemen, Bailley ensures that all company processes run smoothly from start to finish and that no detail falls through the cracks. Bailley manages billing, invoicing, scheduling, the Vanderbloemen internship, and assists the COO on operational projects.
For fun, Bailley likes to find new things to do with her husband, Jeff and her two incredibly awesome kids. She enjoys reading, traveling and Spartan races. She is passionate about seeing an end to modern-day slavery, and so volunteers with local and international organizations in their efforts against human trafficking. Her family is an active part of The MET’s Cypress campus.
