Praise for Tracey

  • "They have helped us fill significant roles with the perfect person for LifeChurch.tv. I don't know anyone better at assessing an organization's needs and finding a match."
    - Carlos Ortiz

  • "Vanderbloemen Search Group exceeded my expectations! After two successful hires I can't imagine searching for staff support any other way!"
    - Chris Harris

  • "William and his company learned about our needs, listened to us, and asked the right questions to know what we needed for our position. I'd encourage your church to use them."
    - Jason Underhill

  • "This was the first time a search firm has been able to help us identify the right candidate for a senior leadership role. I am grateful to the Vanderbloemen Search Group."

Intern

Caleb Sims is an Intern at Vanderbloemen Search Group.

As an intern, he is rotating through each of the teams at Vanderbloemen, learning the ins and outs of the organization. He is taking turns on the Consultant Team, Candidate Relations Team, Operations Team, and Business Development Team, and he's learning how each team serves the Kingdom through their work.

Prior to interning with Vanderbloemen, Caleb has been leading the students at Bayou City Fellowship in Houston, TX as the Lead Student Pastor for the past 3 years.

Caleb was born and raised in Abilene, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree in Pastoral Studies at Baptist Bible College, and he has an additional undergraduate degree in Education from Arlington Baptist College.

When Caleb isn’t in the office at Vanderbloemen, you would most likely see him hanging out with his wife (Meagan), dog (Marv), friends, or students. He loves to be outside and be active. He grew up playing all kinds of sports, even ones that he made up with his friends such as Tennis Golf. He loves to find fun ways to live his life and serve the Lord.
