Candidate Relations Team
Caleb is on the Candidate Relations Team at Vanderbloemen Search Group.
The Vanderbloemen Candidate Relationship Team ensures that highly qualified candidates fit the ministerial and spiritual needs of Vanderbloemen Search Group’s clients. In his role, Caleb helps guide candidates through the Vanderbloemen interview process as well as proactively searches for candidates on behalf of Vanderbloemen's clients.
Caleb has a B.A. in History from Baylor University and still thinks Waco is the greatest town in the country. Before joining Vanderbloemen, he spent time acting and writing, and he still enjoys doing that in his free time along with reading good books, binging good shows, and playing very mediocre basketball.
