    - Chris Harris

  • "William and his company learned about our needs, listened to us, and asked the right questions to know what we needed for our position. I'd encourage your church to use them."

Chelsea Tyson

Office Assistant

Chelsea Tyson is the Operations Assistant at Vanderbloemen Search Group.

As the operations assistant, Chelsea works with the Operations Team to support Vanderbloemen consultants as they help churches find, train, and maintain strong leaders. She believes that there is so much opportunity for innovation in leadership, and wants to be a part in supporting church leaders as they pave the way.

Prior to joining Vanderbloemen, Chelsea worked as a reporter, covering the 401(k) industry. Driven by her love for writing and traveling, she has pursued a career in journalism since high school. Over the years, however, her aspirations started to shift as she hoped to use her writing, reporting, and communication skills in journalism to apply towards ministry.

Born and raised in Hawaii, but obsessed with all things Texas, Chelsea is the sum of all the places she has called home. After a semester in D.C. (where she fell in love with coffee), and a year in New York (where she gained a deeper appreciation for community), she is happy to finally be back in Houston.
