Director of Operations and Special Projects
Ivette serves as the Director of Operations and Special Projects at Vanderbloemen. She holds a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Houston Baptist University (HBU). She received her Bachelor’s degree from HBU as well in Business Management and Spanish.
Prior to Vanderbloemen, Ivette served on a church staff for nearly ten years in a variety of roles, with her last position being the Family & Small Groups Minister. In this role, she developed and provided oversight to staff and lay leaders to help create healthy ministries that lived out the principles of fellowship, discipleship, evangelism, service, and worship. In addition, Ivette served as the Women's Ministry leader and event organizer for all church-wide and community events.
Ivette has lived in the Houston area her whole life. She loves sports, ice cream, taking naps, and attending concerts. She has been married to her husband, Stephen, for 21 years. They have two children together. She has a passion for equipping and building up the local church. She is excited to be a part of the Vanderbloemen team as she continues to support the local church.
