Research Specialist

Josh Allred is a Search Specialist with the Research Team. He ensures that highly qualified candidates fit the ministerial and spiritual needs of Vanderbloemen Search Group’s clients. He helps guide candidates through the Vanderbloemen interview process as well as proactively searches for candidates on behalf of Vanderbloemen's clients. 

Prior to joining Vanderbloemen, Josh worked as Houston High School Area Director for Ozone Ministries where he discipled high school students in the West University and Memorial areas. Josh also spent a year with Chick-fil-A in West University where he served as the Marketing and Human Resources Director.       

Josh grew up in the great city of Birmingham, Alabama and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Auburn University (War Eagle!!).

In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with friends, playing basketball, reading at coffee shops, and binge watching “The Office” over and over and over again. He also loves spending time with his church family at Sojourn Heights.
