    - Chris Harris

  • "William and his company learned about our needs, listened to us, and asked the right questions to know what we needed for our position. I'd encourage your church to use them."

Search Specialist

Kendal Drinkwine (yes, her last name really is Drinkwine) is a Search Specialist at Vanderbloemen Search Group.

Kendal joined Vanderbloemen from Nashville, TN where she was born and raised. Kendal grew up the youngest of four brothers (two of which are in vocational ministry) and the daughter of a pastor.

Kendal attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she was a Team Leader for Young Life at East Ridge High School.

She originally joined the Vanderbloemen team as an intern in 2014 before being promoted to Assistant to the Consultant Team. In 2017, she was promoted to Search Specialist. In her role on the Candidate Relations Team, Kendal will help ensure that highly qualified candidates fit the ministerial and spiritual needs of Vanderbloemen’s clients. She will help guide candidates through the Vanderbloemen interview process as well as proactively search for candidates on behalf of Vanderbloemen's clients.

What's the story behind Kendal's last name? The rumor is that her ancestors were wine tasters for the French king. Kendal loves her dog Theo and going on random adventures in Houston or outside of the great state of Texas. In her free time, you could find Kendal listening to true crime podcasts, watching Harry Potter or Lord of The Rings, or working out at the gym.
