Search Specialist

Sarah Hogan serves on the Candidate Relations Team at Vanderbloemen Search Group.

Sarah joined Vanderbloemen after five years in Washington, DC, where she worked for the Department of Labor’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs and was an active part of her local church. Growing up as a pastor’s kid made Sarah aware of the need for having the right people in the right roles in ministry and gave her a desire to serve the kingdom by matching ministries with the best candidates for their needs. This is what drives her commitment to excellence in her role at Vanderbloemen.

In her role on the Candidate Relations Team, Sarah will help ensure that highly qualified candidates fit the ministerial and spiritual needs of Vanderbloemen Search Group’s clients. She will help guide candidates through the Vanderbloemen interview process as well as proactively search for candidates on behalf of Vanderbloemen's clients.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts degree in Global Communication from The George Washington University. In her free time, she enjoys cooking for friends and family, training for triathlons, practicing her rusty French, and adding books to her to-read list faster than she can cross them off.
