In today's episode of the Vanderbloemen Leadership Podcast, Holly talks with Jay Kranda, the Online Campus Pastor for Saddleback Church in California.

Jay Kranda has been Saddleback Church's Online Campus Pastor since 2012 and has been a part of the church since his graduation from Biola University. He also recently published an eBook on helping non-profits and profits build a custom social media plan to accomplish their goals.

Jay also recently took on the role of co-hosting the SocialMedia.Church Podcast with Nils Smith. The podcast is about having conversations with people about trends in social media and web strategy overall.

Quotes from Jay:

Online church is an outreach for people who don't come to church.

Livestream without community is not church.

Everyone should be in a small group.

If we can get people into a small group, we can scale care.
