Weston has spent the last decade at the intersection of ministry and marketplace working with churches and non-profits striving to be effective and make a difference.
An educator by training, marketer by profession, and stint as a missionary, Weston recently switched into the world of HR. He leads Pushpay’s people development efforts by implementing many of the same strategies and tactics used during his career leading marketing with two high % millennial, mission-driven organizations. In a word, Weston is most passionate about “clarity.”
