Meet Chaparral Christian Church:
Chaparral Christian Church is a place to call home.
We believe that no matter who you are or where you come from, you deeply matter to God, who showed us His compassion and love by sending His Son. Jesus came not only as an example and expression of God’s love, but also to give His life so that we could have a full and real life with God today. Because of God’s love for us, we want to help others connect, worship, and engage God’s world in a way that reaches beyond ourselves.
As a church, we desire to be people who are “All About Jesus.” We might not have all of the answers to life’s biggest questions, but we strive to provide a safe and authentic place to worship God, connect with others, and engage our world.
We believe that life is better when it is lived together in meaningful community. We desire to be more than just a place to come on Sunday. We want to be a place where relationships are made, where hurts can heal, and where you can belong.
To us, worship isn’t what we do, it is a part of who we are. Through teaching, music, giving, and serving, we want worship to be the lifeblood of Chaparral. To worship is to experience God in a deeper way, and we desire for that to be a part of everyone’s story.
Every week we are given 168 hours to leave an imprint on the world. As followers of Jesus, we want to engage our neighbors and the world in a way that is unmistakable, unselfish, and undeniable. We want to bring hope and help to a world that desperately needs to experience the love of God.
