The Chief Ministry Officer will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between our organization and the local non-profit sector. 

This individual will leverage strong  relationship management skills to oversee and enhance partnerships with 15-25 local non-profits,  ensuring they receive the necessary financial and volunteer support to maximize their impact in the  community. 

The CMO will strategically identify pressing community needs and mobilize resources to address them through innovative service initiatives. From coordinating significant community  service events like Back to School Better to managing emergency response efforts during crises, the  Director will embody a true servant leadership philosophy, driving community engagement while  ensuring alignment with our mission of holistic support.
