Worship.jpgMeet Christ Community Church:

Christ Community Church started as a home Bible study with four couples in the summer of 1986. Today, we are a church of an average of 1,500 in attendance! The Lord has done a mighty work in the life of our church from the dreams and faithfulness of our founders, to our present day leadership and the 600-plus volunteers that keep our ministries running.

The location of our church has been in several different spaces over the years.

The current space, north of Pinehurst off the traffic circle, has been our home for less than ten years. In 2015, we completed the second addition to our facility bringing us to 28,500 square feet of ministry space.

In 2017, CCC completely retired the debt involved in the construction of our $3.7 million building in less than five years. Planning and fundraising began on a new Student Ministries building (called “The Ridge”) and is set for completion in the fall of 2019. 2017 was also a year of transition. Numerous staff positions were tweaked or modified and, most importantly, our Senior Pastor announced his retirement, effective in June 2018. Ken Schmidt began leading CCC in August 2018 as our new Senior Pastor.
