Christ Community Fellowship

Senior Pastor

Mena, Arkansas

CCF Logo 1

Denomination: Non-Denominational

Weekly Attendance: 225

Location: Mena, Arkansas

The Role: Christ Community Fellowship's next Senior Pastor will lead and oversee worship services, teachings, and all aspects of a growing and thriving ministry.

Meet Christ Community Fellowship:

From our very first service in February 2015, our CCF experience has continually resonated with the words of Isaiah 43:18-19, “remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old…”.  We have a healthy respect for “Old-Time Religion”, we also know that God is alive and moving and speaking and working in this time as in Bible times.  How could it be otherwise?  God does not change (Malachi 3:6), and Christ is “the same yesterday, today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8).  The ancient Hebrews knew and followed the “Living God”, not merely the God of People long dead, but also the God of the living (Mark 12:27).

So, at CCF, we seek and find and discover God continually revealing new truths, as well as expanding our understanding of old truths.  The present, the here and now, is where we are and where God is.  Jesus, the prophets, and the apostles recognized this in their day.  We recognize it in ours, for God is always working (John 5:17).  God is at work in you and all around you, right now.  Are you ready to join God in this work?  We are learning to recognize and cooperate with the projects God is doing in us and around us.  At CCF, we regularly remind ourselves that one of the most effective evangelistic things that we can do is to work on ourselves--cooperating and continually surrendering to the Spirit at work within us, as described in Romans 12:2: “Let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.  Then you will begin to know God’s will for you. “

An authentic, practical, and observable life transformation is one of our core values and goals.  Continually transforming Christians are charged with a Win/Win energy.  They are empowered by the Spirit within them.  Imagine a church filled with dozens, even hundreds, of Christians like that.  That is who we are!  That is who we are continuing to become!  May you come to CCF and “Become” with us.
