The role: The Connections Director/Pastor will be a highly motivated leader who enjoys connecting with people and helping them take their next step at Grace Church. They will help people go from a first time guest to engaging in full participation at Grace Church.
Meet Grace Church:
Grace Church exists to help people take their next step toward Christ. This has been the mission from the first service in February of 2003 and is accomplished today in four neighborhood campuses around Central Florida.
This mission guides everything at Grace and allows us to focus ministry in a few key areas: weekend services, family ministry, and Grace Communities (small groups, theology classes & Bible studies). By keeping things simple, we help our people prioritize the church, increasing their involvement and allowing them to serve the church faithfully.
Grace is currently experiencing an unprecedented season of growth and momentum - with attendance nearly doubling at each of our campuses over the last two years. We attribute this growth to a unified staff and volunteer team, clarity of mission, and a strong culture that celebrates the gospel and life transformation.
Each of our campuses are led by a campus pastor who preaches live (from the same text and sermon series) and a staff that works closely with central leaders to implement the mission and culture of Grace Church.
