Meet Hill Country Bible Church:

The church began as a plant of Hill Country Bible Church in Austin, which started a major movement of faith in the City of Austin in 1985. Its goal was to saturate the greater Austin area with the gospel through church planting and working in conjunction with a local association of like-minded churches. Hence, the Association of Hill Country Churches birthed a church plant training center that has currently multiplied over 26 churches in the Austin metroplex, including three multisites.

Pastor Peter Horn who once led the church training center and Small Groups Ministry at HCBC Austin, has faithfully stewarded the ministry of Hill Country Bible Church in Leander as its Senior Pastor, since its inception in 2007.

Today, God continues to extend His faithfulness, favor, and grace to HCBC Leander, as he provides opportunities to reach every man, woman, and child with the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ. With a rich and vibrant history in its past, the body of believers of HCBC Leander consider themselves blessed to follow a 30 year vision of growth and impact in the Austin metroplex.
