The Role: Impact Church is seeking a Lead Pastor who is a spiritually mature leader with a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and demonstrated ability in effectively communicating the Word of God through solid biblically-based preaching.

Meet Impact Church:

Impact Church can trace its founding roots back to a one-room log house in 1858.

While we can describe various buildings that were used for worship and various names used to identify the church to the community, what matters most is that Impact Church has been an instrument of conversion and discipleship for at least six generations of families in the north-central Ohio region.

The church opened its existing facility in a location that provided improved connection opportunities with the regional communities and villages. This change has yet to deliver or achieve the full potential for impacting families and communities with the message of hope, peace, and joy that come from a relationship with Jesus Christ.

God has equipped and entrusted Impact Church to serve as a spiritual backdrop and home for multiple generations and for families that chose to train their children to know, love, and serve Jesus Christ.

At the present time there are at least ten members of the Millennial generation that are serving in full-time ministry vocations around the country, who were spiritually raised, in-part, with help from Impact Church.

Our greatest motivation, as a church body, is to be a facilitator of spiritual growth for every generation that God raises to know, love, and serve Jesus Christ.

We believe that God has ignited a fresh fire within the hearts of the people that call Impact their church. It is our desire to serve with a leader who has a vision and passion to take a seasoned church into the next decade to be a church that will pursue and serve in the power of the Holy Spirit, making a difference in the lives of the next generation.
