The Luis Palau Association exists to Proclaim the Good News, Unite the Church, and Impact cities worldwide. For more than 50 years, LPA has accomplished its mission through:

  • Hosting evangelistic outreaches and festivals in cities around the world led by gifted evangelists Luis and Andrew Palau

  • Connecting, encouraging, and equipping thousands of evangelists worldwide through the Global Network of Evangelists (GNE)

  • Mobilizing and equipping more than 700 evangelists through Next Generation Alliance (NGA)

  • Celebrating and Accelerating long-term gospel work and evangelism in cities around the world through City Gospel Movements (CGM)

  • A far-reaching media ministry, including Luis Palau Bible Institute for nearly 50k Spanish-speaking leaders, daily radio programs on 5,539 radio outlets in 59 countries, and digital evangelism strategies

The Global Networks of Evangelists

The Luis Palau Association aims to develop the first-ever truly global relational network of evangelists. The Global Network of Evangelists is a relational “network of networks” focused on connecting and equipping evangelists around the globe to fervently proclaim the Good News. The goal is to establish relational networks in at least 150 different countries to inspire and support long-term evangelistic movements in cities around the globe. The Palau Association’s relationship is with the country network leaders who we mentor and resource to then serve their national network of evangelists and keep it flourishing at both a strategic national level as well as by connecting regional evangelists in small groups.

The Director of the Global Networks of Evangelists is a strategic leadership role. As a visionary leader, you will dynamically cast vision for this network around the globe, generate ideas, and develop and lead the short and long-term strategy end-to-end. You will functionally lead an internal team of country directors, as well as build strategic partnerships with evangelistic leaders across six continents to develop and grow the first formal network of evangelists worldwide.

In this role, you will lead, create, and continually refine a strategic ministry plan and monitor effectiveness and impact. You will harness these strategic processes to drive new ideas for growth and engagement, cultivate evangelists’ alignment and commitment to Palau’s core values of an evangelist, and ultimately to empower evangelists in their ministries to reach as many people as possible with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

The role will: 

  • Build, implement, and own/drive the Global Network of Evangelists strategy with clear metrics to measure effectiveness and impact

  • Cast vision for the network and cultivate relationships with key evangelists and encourage them to help form the network in their country

  • Coach, direct, and manage an expert team of LPA regional GNE leads (Asia, Australia, Africa, Latin America, United Kingdom)

  • Offer strategic leadership to Luis Palau Association

  • Serve as a member of cabinet to drive strategic vision and direction of the organization

  • Serve as a critical thought partner on strategic priorities with colleagues across the organization, both horizontally and vertically

What you bring: 

Education & Experience

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and ten or more years of relevant leadership experience.

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams with proven ability to coach and develop leaders

  • Direct experience working with multi-functional global teams and audiences

  • Experience in strategic planning with global-consumers/teams

  • Proven communication, collaboration, and relationship skills with cross-functional, international teams
