Vanderbloemen serves teams with a greater purpose by aligning their people solutions for growth: hiring, compensation, succession, and culture. Through its retained executive search and consulting services, Vanderbloemen serves churches, schools, nonprofits, family offices, and Christian businesses in all parts of the United States and internationally. The firm has worked in 47 of the 50 states and in 7 countries around the world.

While Vanderbloemen can staff any position at any size organization, the bulk of the firm’s work is made up of searches for senior level staff. In addition to search work, the firm also provides services in staff consulting, succession planning, culture, and compensation analysis.

Vanderbloemen has served over 800 churches since its founding in 2010, has grown to nearly 40 full-time employees, and has won several company culture awards.
