The Role: The Operations Intern provides  support to Managers, Consultants, and Lead Team members by handling a variety of tasks to ensure all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.

About the Operations Intern: 

The Operations Intern provides support to Managers, Consultants, and Lead Team members by handling a variety of tasks to ensure all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.  This position also interfaces with the companies candidate base, preparing them for Consultant interviews and slate presentations. The ability to multitask, possess excellent communication skills, and a positive “can-do” attitude is paramount.  

This internship requires a high level of proficiency in a wide range of tasks including managing job searches, travel expenses, and candidate presentation packets. The Operations Intern is a team player and also able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Regular Duties Include:

  • Schedule Candidate Interviews & Travel.

  • Process Candidate Reimbursement.

  • Assist with preparing for All Staff Meetings. 

  • Administer Culture Tool Survey.

  • Create Interview Templates.

  • Send DiSC personality assessments to candidates. 

  • Prepare Job Postings.

  • Provide technical support for various software and applications.

  • Assist in Various Administrative Tasks.

Experience/Skills 

  • Recent or current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, preferably in Business Administration or Communications.

  • Proficient in G Suite, Email, and Internet Applications.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.

  • High level of confidentiality.
