Meet Vanderbloemen:

Vanderbloemen serves churches, schools, nonprofits, and Christian businesses through innovative staffing, compensation, succession, and consulting solutions. 

Founded in 2010 by William and Adrienne Vanderbloemen, the company was started out of a deep passion for local churches that would have pastoral vacancies for years, thus minimizing their effectiveness in their communities. After pastoring for 15 years, and then working as a corporate Executive Search Consultant, William believed there was a better way to help churches move through this transition.

Fast forward to 2020 and Vanderbloemen now has nearly 24 working for the firm. We have successfully completed more than 1,000 searches in 48 of the 50 states in the U.S and eight countries around the world.

While Vanderbloemen can staff any position at any size organization, the bulk of our work is made up of searches for senior-level staff. 

Searches involving Senior Pastor succession are an area of particular expertise. In addition to search work, the firm also provides services in staff consulting, succession planning, diversity consulting, and compensation analysis.

About the Sales Operations Coordinator: 

The Sales Operations Coordinator oversees the Salesforce CRM for the Sales and Client Relations Team and acts as a right-hand person to the VP of Sales. This person will own all lead and opportunity data, create and maintain dashboards for the team and company's needs, oversee all sales documents, monitor and track KPIs, and support other general needs of the team. This person will possess a "figure-it-out-mentality" and will excel in fast-paced, high-stakes situations. The Sales Operations Coordinator will also work closely with Marketing to ensure data alignment. Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, GSuite, Microsoft Office, and both written and verbal communication will be extremely helpful for this role.

Responsibilities:

CRM Management

  • Ownership of Lead & Opportunity data

  • Create and maintain Account Management systems to ensure clean data

  • Collaborate with Marketing & Data teams to manage Salesforce/Hubspot sync and workflows

  • Strategize and implement system and process improvements for data tracking and lead management

  • Train new employees on Salesforce systems and act as a resource for team in    general CRM needs

  • Manage CRM for VP of Sales & CEO

Sales & Client Relations Data Management

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for:

    • Sales rep performance and activity reporting

    • KPIs & goal tracking

    • Client satisfaction (NPS)

    • Client stats

    • Strategic partnership referrals

  • Forecasting & pipeline tracking

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Einstein Analytics dashboards and lenses

Document prep & monitoring

  • Create and oversee proposals & contracts for all products and services

  • Manage and maintain all company sales document templates for contract and  proposal creation, as well as supplementary documents

  • Work with Marketing to update, maintain, and better utilize sales documents used throughout the sales funnel

  • Create and maintain process and system documentation

  • Send documents to clients as necessary

  • Manage DocuSign for the Sales Team

Logistical support for Client Relations

  • Review contract terms and conditions and advise on course of action

  • Coordinate with Data Team to send out NPS email yearly

  • Assess NPS data to identify areas for improvement

  • Create and maintain systems and processes for tracking client information

Other duties include:

  • Presenting sales for weekly all-staff meetings

  • Supporting other general needs of the VP of Sales & Client Relations

  • Presenting KPIs to VP of Sales to strategize company sales initiatives

  • Building & maintaining dashboards, reports, Job Order views, and other key information for other teams and general business needs

  • Collaborating with the recruiting team to ensure systems are cohesive across the company

What You Bring

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree is required.

  • A minimum of three years of administrative assistant or administrative coordinator experience.

  • Experience working in a church and/or faith-based non-profit organization is preferred.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot is desired but not required.

  • Keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to be proactive and a forward thinker. 

  • Self-regulating and possessing both reliability and consistency.

  • Ability to flex work schedule when needed.

  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
