Bear Creek Community Church Welcomes Paul Earwood as Senior Pastor, Completing Succession Plan

Bear Creek Community Church in Lodi, California, has welcomed Paul Earwood as their new Senior Pastor. This hire also marks the completion of a succession plan initiated by Bear Creek with Vanderbloemen in 2015. The plan for a successor to step up to lead in the retirement of longtime Senior Pastor Bill Cummins has been fully executed, and the church is celebrating God's faithfulness to them in Paul.

Paul joined Bear Creek in 2016 from First Assembly of God in Sebring, Florida, as the Senior Associate Teaching Pastor. He will now lead Bear Creek as Senior Pastor. 

On the 30th anniversary of the church, Pastor Bill Cummins gave a message from Joshua 1 and "passed the baton" to Paul at the end of the service as the Board of Elders & Board of Directors prayed for the Earwood family.
