What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Ring the bell! First Methodist Conroe has found its new Director of Student Ministries.

First Methodist Conroe believes life is better together, so they strive to worship, grow, and serve together. The mission of their student ministry is to make disciples of Jesus Christ and build a strong foundation of love and grace that can last a lifetime. As we learned more about the heart of First Methodist Conroe and their desire to make disciples, we knew what we were looking for and Adrian Lucio was the perfect match.

Adrian’s goal in this position is to build up youth and offer new and exciting ways for them to serve the church and community. His mission aligns with FM Conroe to create a new generation of disciples for the transformation of the world. Prior to this role, Adrian served in Youth Ministry at Coker UMC and was a touring comedian before he answered the call to vocational ministry. His humor will be a great win with the students of FM Conroe, and we are confident that his energy and passion will bring a strong, dynamic presence to First Methodist Conroe.

Adrian and his soon-to-be wife, Brittany are excited to be moving closer to their family and starting their lives together in Conroe.
