What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Ring the bell! Elkhart Christian Academy found its Head of School!

Elkhart Christian Academy (ECA) is a private Christian school located in Elkhart, Indiana. Elkhart has made it a purpose to work with Christian families to deliver excellence and to educate kids for a life motivated by God's love and others. As we met with ECA, we realized how important the role of a Head of School is to motivating the ECA community in this mission. After a thorough search, ECA is excited to have Jean Milfort as their next Head of School.

Jean has a longtime background in education. Previously, he was a teacher for nearly twelve years. His various roles in education positions have helped lead the way to his new position as Head of School. Years ago, Jean actually attended ECA as a student and is very excited to be able to return back to ECA. The school is very happy to welcome him back as a critical part of their team.

Jean was seeking a position where he could incorporate his faith in a career and have more of a responsibility in his workplace. We are beyond thankful to have partnered with Elkhart Christian Academy and Jean on this search and are so excited for their school and the leadership of Jean as Head of School.
