At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Hosanna is a church located in Lakeville, Minnesota. Hosanna aims to expand the hope and heartbeats of Jesus in every member through compelling love, charity, and togetherness. As we met with Hosanna, we quickly realized how passionate they were about filling the role of the Digitial Engagement Director to continue their reach. Meagan Mclntosh was the perfect fit to help further their ongoing mission.
Meagan has a long history with Hosanna Church as an active member for almost ten years. She has always desired to combine her professional talents with her religion. Since 2016, she has worked in the field of digital marketing. She enjoys working on both the business's strategic planning and execution sides which is why this role is a great fit for her skills.
