Vanderbloemen is thrilled to partner with Jay Ferguson as a strategic business partner. When you partner with Vanderbloemen, you get access to our network, which extends beyond our in-house team to our strategic partners who are experts in their field serving Christian organizations.

Our partners refer clients to us that are looking to hire the right team member, and we refer our clients to our partners in each of their areas of expertise.

Together, we help our clients win in building the best team possible.

Jay is a trailblazer in Christian education both locally and internationally and strives to build close communities of devoted staff. Jay is the Headmaster of Grace Community and trusted leader in Christian education. He is an adjunct professor at Covenant College in Georgia and at Gordon College in Massachusetts, a frequent speaker at national seminars, and has served on the adjunct faculties of the Van Lunen Center at Calvin College and at Peabody College of Vanderbilt.

Jay has written extensively on Christian education and training up children in the Lord. He counsels parents on child-raising issues daily. He has authored A Bowed Head and a Humble Heart: The Head of School's Pastoral Role in Building a Better School, published by Paideia Press, as well as several journal articles in Christian School Education and the ACSI blog. He writes a weekly blog on spiritual, education, and parenting issues called The Head and the Heart.

Jay and Vanderbloemen believe that choosing Christian leaders to uphold the values of the community requires a personalized approach, and value relationships above all. Communities are all different, and it is important to understand these differences in order to grow. Read more about our partnership with Jay here.
