COLUMBUS, Ohio – Rhema Christian Center has expanded its leadership team with a key hire, with Dynasty Ballard stepping in to serve as their new Creative Arts Director. Dynasty joins Rhema Christian Center after previously serving as PR/Social Media Consultant for Moda PR & Brand Development. She helped organizations build and develop public relations and communications strategies and plans.

Rhema Christian Center, located in Columbus, serves more than 1,000 members each week. Their vision is to be a multi-cultural multi-ethnic, economically and socially diverse community of believers in Jesus Christ, equipped to impact the city, the nation, and the world.

Vanderbloemen, serving clients with a greater purpose, including churches, schools, nonprofits, family offices, and values-based businesses, loves the whole church and is honored to have partnered with Rhema Christian Center on this vital and important hire.

"We have a productive history with Rhema in helping them find good staff members," said Brian Dunks, Executive Search Consultant. "The hiring of Dynasty Ballard will help Rhema communicate their amazing story of community outreach and impact."

Dynasty brings a wide range of strategic marketing and communication experience to her new role. With 5 years of experience in marketing, she specializes in digital and social media marketing, from development to content creation and paid advertising. She is passionate about social media and finding ways to support varying marketing objectives through social media. Helping churches and Christian organizations grow through marketing and social media is especially close to her heart, an initiative she is excited to join in with Rhema Christian Center as their new Creative Arts Director.

Rhema Christian Center is an Ephesians Four Church that recognizes and operates in alignment with the five ascension gifts of Christ: Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers for the purpose of identifying, training, maturing and releasing God’s people to reach the lost, to build up His Body and change our world.

Rhema Christian Center’s inaugural service was conducted in May of 1982 in Columbus, Ohio. Of the 30 people who attended, ten responded to the call for discipleship and membership. A year later, Bishop La Fayette Scales was formally installed as its pastor. Within the first two years, the church experienced growth in membership to over 200 and continues to grow and thrive today.
