Southlake Baptist Church Hires Family Pastor

What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Ring the bell! Southlake Baptist Church has found its new Family Pastor.

Southlake Baptist Church exists to bring glory to God by making disciples of all nations. The church is built around a focal point of God’s Word and has a desire to bring hope and healing to its community. While meeting with Southlake Baptist Church, we discovered their need for a Family Pastor that would help fulfill their mission of equipping members with a biblical foundation and accountability as they follow Christ together. This Pastor would help sustain thriving ministries while developing loving homes for children and future generations.

Southlake Baptist Church is thrilled to have Jason Collins join them as their new Family Pastor. Jason has over twenty years of experience in church leadership and has served in many Pastoral roles. He has a heart for discipleship and community and values the investment that relationships with others can bring within a church family. We are confident that Jason’s values and vast experiences will continue to uphold and cultivate the values at Southlake.

Jason is going to be great with all ages and stages and help grow the family ministry just in time as Southlake moves into a new building!”

Jason, his wife Jennifer, and their family of 5 are excited about their move to the DFW area from Austin, Texas. The Dallas community will offer them new opportunities for ministry and be in close proximity to their oldest child going into college. Jason is eager to get to know the people surrounding the Southlake area and to help grow the church in ways that bring kingdom-based joy to the city.
