LOUISVILLE, Kentucky – Trinity Chapel Assembly of God, in the Louisville, Kentucky area, is expanding its leadership team with a key hire, with Brandon McDaniel joining their team as their new Lead Pastor. Brandon will play an important role in furthering the growth and vision of Trinity Chapel Assembly of God as they serve more than 200 members each week. Brandon previously served as the Christian Education Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church in Athens, Georgia.

One of our Vanderbloemen Differences is that we bring you candidates you can’t find on your own—and finding the right person for the role is of utmost importance. Vanderbloemen is honored to have partnered with Trinity Chapel Assembly of God on this vital and important hire, and we’re thrilled for them in this next season of leadership.

“Most churches don’t hire Lead Pastors very often and we were able to walk Trinity Chapel through the complex process of finding the person that fits their culture and DNA, “ Executive Search Consultant Joshua Long said. “Brandon’s background, experience, education, and theology are a great match and under his leadership, Trinity Chapel’s best days are ahead”.

Originally from Georgia, Brandon has been a pastor for nearly the last decade, serving in a variety of roles including as College and Young Adult Pastor and an Adjunct Professor of Christian Ministries at Emmanuel College. His most recent role, as Christian Education Pastor at Grace Fellowship, allowed him to develop a discipleship program in the church, which welcomes 1500 members, as well as gain experience preaching and teaching. A Lead Pastor role is a natural next step—and long time calling—for Brandon. He and his wife and their young daughter are excited to join the community of faith at Trinity Chapel.

Trinity Chapel Assembly of God  was founded in 1965 by a handful of believers who felt led to start a congregation in the east end of Louisville, KY. From these humble beginnings in an elementary school, the church has grown to serve as a loving community to people of all backgrounds, reaching those of various generations, education levels, socio-economic classes, and ethnicities. The abundance of physical, top-notch resources such as a renovated sanctuary, children’s center, cafe, and gym have given them an avenue of outreach to elementary schools, community organizations, athletic groups, and local missions.
