What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Ring the bell! The Vail Church has found its new Discipleship and Adult Ministry Pastor.

The mission of The Vail Church is to live out the values of God through the various ministries and programs that make up the church. Vail Church members value God’s word by extending His love, hope, and service to people in Colorado. The church is very excited to welcome Leo Loughmiller as their new Discipleship and Adult Ministry Pastor to help further their mission of reaching and discipling the community.

Leo is passionate about helping families and individuals grow in spiritual maturity. He has specifically felt the Lord call him to Colorado to help develop the leadership team of this church. His vision is to help the church become a community not because of what they do, but who they are. We are confident that this position will be a great fit for the church and for Leo.

Leo, his wife Kristen, and their three kids are thrilled to move to Avon, Colorado from Odessa, Texas. The Loughmiller family enjoys the outdoors, thus making the natural scenery and adventurous aspects of Colorado a great fit for them. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with The Vail Church and Leo on this search.
