Westminster Chapel Hires Senior Pastor

BELLEVUE, Washington– Westminster Chapel has expanded its leadership team with a key hire, with Ryan Falls stepping in to serve as their new Senior Pastor. Ryan joins Westminster Chapel after previously serving as the Matthews Campus Pastor of New City Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Matthews Campus serves 450 attendees each week. 

Westminster Chapel, located in the Pacific Northwest, serves more than 1,500 members each week and has been a pillar of faith in their community as a nondenominational evangelical community of faith for more than 50 years. 

Vanderbloemen, serving clients with a greater purpose, including churches, schools, nonprofits, family offices, and values-based businesses, loves the whole church and is honored to have partnered with Westminster Chapel on this vital and important hire. 

Ryan—a husband, father, and pastor who is passionate about communicating the Word of God to enable people of all ages and cultures to experience life in Christ—has been an ordained pastor for the last decade. He has served in ministry in for 18 years, including in various staff roles, as a church planting apprentice, and most recently launching a campus from conception to consistent growth, with attendance growing from 200 to 450 and leading staff and preaching regularly. 

Established in 1964 with 13 families as its original “core team,” Westminster Chapel’s passion is to engage the changing needs of this community with God’s unchanging Word. Westminster Chapel now finds itself at the center of an ethnically and culturally diverse urban center, with needs and challenges dramatically different from the suburban community of Bellevue just a few years ago. As God blesses and prospers the work and ministry of Westminster Chapel, it will continue to impact lives and eternity.
