About the Inside Sales Specialist
We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented inside sales specialist to support our growing sales team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who’s eager to learn the fundamentals of sales—from research to outreach to follow-up. You’ll make outbound calls, qualify leads, and help uncover new opportunities through online research and CRM tools.
The Inside Sales Specialist’s responsibilities include:
- Conduct research to identify new organizations or individuals who may benefit from our services
- Make outbound calls and send outreach emails to prospective clients and gather key information
- Engage with potential leads to assess interest and schedule meetings
- Help build and refine prospect lists using LinkedIn, industry directories, and internal databases
- Track outreach and lead activity in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Support follow-up campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Learn and apply best practices in lead generation and outbound outreach
What you will gain:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and phone presence
- Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging new contacts
- Curious and persistent—enjoys researching and digging for new leads
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ridiculously responsive
- Coachable and eager to learn about B2B sales strategy and tools
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is a plus
