Rev. Russ has a passion to assist churches and youth ministries in doing ministry more effectively, providing students the opportunity to grow in every area of their lives. Rev. Russ founded After The Music Stops, a full-service youth ministry resource company that provides tools for parents, youth ministry leaders, and students. They create books, devotionals, trainings, small group studies, and sermon series to connect students with God.

Rev. Russ has years of experience leading Student Ministries and creating youth curriculum, and he is also the Youth Minister at Reid Temple AME Church’s North Campus. Outreach Magazine also highlighted Russell’s Youth Ministry with a feature profile in its 2012 issue of the 100 Fastest and Largest Growing Churches in America.

William talks with Rev. Russ about:
