David Dwight is the senior pastor of HOPE Church, one of the fastest growing churches in Richmond, Virginia. He has served as an adjunct professor at Gordon-Conwell and serves on the board of directors for The Overseas Council.
 
David began his relationship with God in college, after many years of questioning and doubt as a teenager. Once he graduated, David pursued a career in business but always had a strong sense that he would be called to ministry. He's been a missions pastor and a church planter now senior pastor at HOPE. He and his wife Elisabeth have two children.
