Quotes from Eric:

Churches need a process for discipleship.

To be reproducible, it helps to have less to reproduce.

People don't just want to know information, they want to be deployed.

The church needs staff who will equip people for ministry.

A faithful man over time will be able.

The things we worry the most about are the things that matter the least.
