Quotes from Rick:

“The last couple people we’ve hired, we’ve tried to talk them into not working for us instead of trying to sell them on all the ways why we’re a great church to work for. ‘Let me tell you all the reasons you don’t want to be a part of Grace.’ And that just further intrigues them.”

“We are all in. We say often, we don’t have work life and church life and personal life. We just have life. So we are doing this thing together. It’s a very integrated ministry life.”

“When you move beyond three campuses, everything is going to change. Make sure you’re doing it well. Make sure you’re building systems ahead of that, not jumping off the cliff and trying to make sure the plane flies as you soar to the ground.”
