With a distinguished track record as a C-suite leader delivering transformative results for Fortune 500 companies, global enterprises, and nonprofits, Brook launched her career in customer service and operations management.  While living in Europe, she served as Director of Operations at the prestigious Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford while completing her undergraduate studies in Business Management. Brook later earned her MBA from Oxford Brookes University, where she published a post-graduate research study on the adoption of internal marketing principles to enhance service quality and deliver financial performance.

Her professional journey includes serving as a Global Management Consultant at a Cambridge-based advisory firm, advising multigenerational family business dynasties and co-facilitating Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School. Brook then began leading mergers and acquisitions in Canada’s digital marketing industry before returning to the mid-Atlantic US region, where she worked in senior leadership roles for industry leaders such as Bayer Corporation, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Red Hat, and CloudFactory.

Brook was appointed by the Senior Vice President of Red Hat to chair the Sales and Services Advisory Board for Women in Technology at Red Hat/IBM. Her commitment to advancing leadership extends to her active service on various non-profit boards, reflecting her passion for purpose-driven initiatives.

As a versatile and results-driven leader, Brook has directed business units across Sales, Marketing, IT, Consulting, Operations, and Human Resources within high-growth technology sectors. Her unique ability to bridge business strategy and technology enables her to optimize organizational performance, drive innovation, and foster healthy, productive workplace cultures.

Today, Brook serves as the Founder and CEO of Converge, a management consulting firm she established in 2019. Converge partners with values-driven organizations and non-profits to enhance leadership effectiveness, achieve strategic goals, and amplify their impact.
