Charlie serves as a Client Relations Specialist, where he enjoys connecting with churches and organizations to explore how Vanderbloemen can help them thrive. He brings a deep relational energy and a love for understanding others, always seeking creative and thoughtful solutions to help solve staffing challenges.

Charlie’s background includes over five years of ministry experience, having served as a Youth Intern and later as Youth Director at Fort Bend Community Church. His passion for investing in people has also led him to work in customer service and, most recently, with children with autism—experiences that have shaped his ability to listen deeply, build trust, and serve with care.

A Houston native, Charlie enjoys trying new restaurants, listening to music, watching shows on Netflix, and playing volleyball. His passion for the Church is rooted in a personal journey of rediscovering Christ during his college years, and he’s driven by a desire to see others experience an authentic relationship with Jesus.
