“Every leader is an interim leader.” It’s true for all Christian organizations: schools, nonprofits, values-based businesses, and family offices. And most leaders agree with this statement when they read it.
They know they won’t still be leading their organization in fifty years. But at the same time, many of them never picture themselves doing anything else. And most don’t plan for their departure.
