Nick Bogardus is the Chief Strategist of The Relational Advisory Group and VP of Marketing & Communications at Subsplash. He brings over 20 years of proven, effective leadership in the marketplace and ministry.
Nick and the Relational Advisory Group know that the reason many people miss opportunities isn’t an issue of competency but of how they relate and communicate. They offer consulting and coaching to help Christian marketplace and ministry leaders transform by answering the key questions of “Who are we?”, “How do we say it?”, and “How do we grow?”.
Nick was the PR/Media Relations Director for Mars Hill Church, Acts 29, Mark Driscoll and the Resurgence during their height. He directed communication campaigns, secured Mark a regular column at the Washington Post and directed the content for it, garnered national and local news coverage, oversaw social media channels with hundreds of thousands of followers, acted as a spokesman and aided in crisis communication.
He has also done PR/Media Relations consulting through Belief Agency and on his own for small businesses and churches in the areas of Communication Strategy and Crisis Communications.
Nick and his wife Kim have planted two churches in diverse circumstances that has involved over a decade of continuous leadership development and communication.
Together, they’ve led at a Network level coaching leaders, overseeing the pastors on the West Coast, and helping to shape leadership development, mission, vision, and values.
Kim has a Masters-level certification in Executive Coaching and Consulting from the John Townsend Institute at Concordia University. She has spoken at conferences for The Gospel Coalition, Harbor Network, and women’s retreats.
Nick built New Noise Management, an artist management company that helped multiple artists experience rare success from the garage to major labels, hundreds of thousands of albums sold, major TV appearances, and main stages at festivals around the world.
