Willoughby Hills Friends Church is a congregation with history and ties to the Evangelical Friends denomination. With around 1000 in attendance each Sunday, Willoughby Hills is currently the third largest Quaker/Friends Church in the world. The church has been in a period of transition for 2 years following the departure of its long time senior pastor who left to start a new church plant. After searching on their own for two years, Willoughby Hills Church decided to retain the Vanderbloemen Search Group to assist in identifying their next Senior Pastor. We were able to leverage our process and network to connect Willoughby Hills with their new pastor, Kevin Young.
