Compensation Specialist
Bola serves as the Compensation Specialist at Vanderbloemen. She is from El Paso, Texas, and relocated to Houston, Texas two years ago to expand her entrepreneurial adventures while pursuing her master’s degree in management & entrepreneurship at HBU. For as long as she can remember, Bola has always had a huge passion for health, beauty, and fitness.
Her goals are to combine education and research and create various niches that allow both men and women to live towards a better life and version of themselves through the eyes of Jesus. Whether that may be in beauty/cosmetics, health & fitness, or giving back to underprivileged communities in making sure they have the resources that they need.
In her spare time, she had been really passionate about hanging out with church community, replicating TikTok and Pinterest recipes, hanging out at coffee shops, exploring Houston, working out, and spending time with her roommates and family!
