Maddie serves as an Executive Search Recruiter at Vanderbloemen.
Maddie was born and raised in the Chicago area as a Pastor's Kid and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theology and Business from Valparaiso University. She has a heart for ministry, the local church, and living a life that reflects the Gospel. Before coming to Vanderblomen, Maddie has worked as a Director of Sales and Operations at Athlete Training and Health and a Youth Pastor at a local church in Spring, TX. She is passionate about equipping the wider church through matching clients with candidates that are the best fit in culture, skill, and experience.
When Maddie is not in the office, she can be found eating good food, watching movies, working out, spending time with family and friends, or traveling.
