Manager of Executive Search
Sarah serves as the Manager of Executive Search at Vanderbloemen.Her role focuses on searching for highly qualified candidates on behalf of Vanderbloemen's clients by evaluating candidates that best fit the ministerial and spiritual needs of each client. She also assists in guiding candidates through the Vanderbloemen Interview Process.
Sarah was born and raised in the Chicago area and holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Christian Worship and Church Music from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has also earned her Master’s Degree - Master of Worship Studies from the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies.
Sarah comes to Vanderbloemen with ten years of ministry experience. She spent those years serving a local church in Missouri as their Worship Director and has a deep love for the church and its work. She is excited to serve the church in a new way with Vanderbloemen.
Sarah is new to Houston and looking forward to exploring the area. When Sarah is not in the office, she can be found at a local coffee shop, exploring parks, spending time with friends and family, or listening to her favorite Broadway soundtracks.
