Faith Community Church Hires Groups Pastor

What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Ring the bell! Faith Community Church found its new Groups Pastor.

Since 1724 when Faith Community Church was founded in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, their mission has been to love radically, love generously, and watch Jesus do the extraordinary. Faith Community Church’s reach has helped spread the message of salvation around the world. Groups ministry is a critical part of Faith Community Church. They regularly gather to read the word together, pray, and connect further than they would on just a Sunday morning. The church is excited to welcome Laurel Coolbaugh as their new Groups Pastor.

Laurel is very passionate about helping people grow deeper with God and using her skills for ministry growth. She was previously serving as the interim Care Pastor at Faith Community when she felt called to move into this role of serving the group's ministry. She knows the community, has been part of Faith groups, and loves serving in ministry which made for a great transition into this position. She is thrilled to start leading through this new role.

Laurel and her husband Bill, are ecstatic to continue serving Faith Community Church. We are so grateful for the opportunity to work with Faith Community Church and Laurel on this search, and we are excited for the future of their church with Laurel’s leadership.
