FBC Broken Arrow Hires Student/Next Gen Pastor

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma - First Baptist Church Broken Arrow (FBCBA) is excited to welcome their new Student/Next Gen Pastor, Charlie McDonough to their leadership team. FBCBA is a multigenerational congregation, serving the Christian community in Broken Arrow. Their mission is to reach Broken Arrow and beyond by multiplying disciples to follow Jesus.

As Student/Next Gen Pastor, Charlie will develop and maintain a vision for the spiritual formation of kids, parents, and families that is biblical, comprehensive, and consistent. In his previous student ministry roles, he has implemented vision and strategies to grow and engage students. His extensive ministry experience will help align the ministries he will oversee with the overall vision and mission of growing disciples for Jesus.

Tim Gocha, VP of Consulting shared, "with over two decades of Student ministry experience, Charlie brings a high level of leadership, strategy, and passion for furthering the mission of FBCBA and will be a great addition to the team!"

He and his wife of over 25 years, Stacy, are excited about their move from Wake Forest, North Carolina to the Broken Arrow community. They are passionate about learning and living God’s word, and will continue to do so at FBCBA. We are honored to have partnered alongside the First Baptist Church of Broken Arrow on this search and are excited for student ministry in this new season of leadership.
