First Baptist Church Waynesburg Hires Senior Pastor

What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

First Baptist Church Waynesburg has a 180-year story of consecrated service, dedication, and faithfulness. The members of this church have stayed united through their strong connection based on Christian love and companionship. First Baptist Church Waynesburg is on a mission to be fully devoted to Jesus by opening its arms to those in search of truth. Their ministries and outreach efforts are community-based and have impacted the lives of many throughout the past 180 years. 

During our meeting with First Baptist Church Waynesburg, we listened to their requirements for a Senior Pastor who could serve as the church's spiritual leader while also providing guidance in all aspects of church life and ministries. We were able to find the ideal candidate in David Bess, who has since taken on the role of Senior Pastor. 

David Bess has served in various ministry roles that have shaped him into the enthusiastic, evangelistic, and skilled leader that he is today. David has served as a Senior Pastor for over 20 years. We are confident that with his experience, knowledge, and skills, David will strengthen the vision, teach in impactful ways, and advance the kingdom at First Baptist Church Waynesburg.
