North Parkersburg Baptist Hires Executive Pastor

PARKERSBURG, West Virginia - North Parkersburg Baptist Church in Parkersburg, West Virginia has expanded its pastoral staff with the new hire of John Wright. North Parkersburg began as a small group of just 41 people marked with an unwavering faith in God and devotion to His mission of impacting the lives of people in the Mid-Ohio Valley. Over the years, the church has seen many seasons of great growth, provision, and faithfulness from the Lord. The purpose of North Parkersburg is to be a community of believers where no matter who you are, you can experience life change through Jesus.

John Wright has a background in working with a large non-profit ministry. He has experience as a project manager and will bring strong leadership initiatives to North Parkersburg. His sense of leadership, managerial skills, and continuous improvement will serve the church body greatly. His combination of organizational excellence and heart for the Lord will be a huge benefit to this church.

He and his wife of 21 years, Marcia, along with their daughter are excited to move to West Virginia and serve the Lord’s church in Parkersburg.
