What does Ring the Bell mean? At Vanderbloemen, we want to celebrate as a team every time we have the honor of helping a church, school, or organization find their perfect candidate to fill a gap in their team and further their ministry. To do that, we have a bell on the wall in our Vanderbloemen office, within hearing distance of the entire team. Every time a candidate is placed, the team members who worked on that search ring the bell so that our team can celebrate!

Ring the bell! Urban Impact Foundation found its new Director of Finance.

Urban Impact Foundation was founded in 1995 to help address the profound and unique challenges facing today’s urban communities. What sparked this ministry was the desire to advance the development of the mind, body, and spirit through Christ - one person, one family, and one block at a time. This foundation has grown into a strong community of investment for children and families undergoing life’s trials. When our team met with Urban Impact, they expressed the need for a Director of Finance that would work strategically with the Business Management Team and oversee the financial operations of the organization. We found Clark Logan to be the perfect fit for this role.

Clark’s skillset and leadership abilities have set him up for success at Urban Impact. He has previously worked in missions, and business development, and has vast experience in similar roles. Clark has a heart of service, excellent leadership skills, and a passion that we know will further the mission of Urban Impact in many ways.

“Clark Logan was the perfect fit for Urban Impact Ministries Director of Finance.  He is bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from his positions at LifeWay and the National American Board of Missionaries. Clark and his wife had always considered moving to Pittsburgh and this was the open door to allow them to do that.” - Chantel McHenry, Executive Search Consultant

Clark and his wife are empty nesters and excited about their move from Tupelo, Mississippi to Pittsburgh. The Logan’s are excited to pour into Urban Impact to strengthen the foundation's outreach, organization, and vision.
